Hope

And you wonder why nothing is left behind?

Why your lies never dry up from what’s inside?

You see the difference between what’s floating, and what’s meant to be? Just like the difference between settling down your main concerns and hoping for a better future:

A (Seized future):

A future of promises that’ll write about kindness, about truth.

A future of promises, mourning the unspoken words.

A future of promises that’ll keep you safe from your only fear (the unspoken self).

A future of promises, swaddling all the facts of such a terrible mess.

A future of promises, forgiving all of your dreams.

A future of promises, fooling the return of the mad creed.

A future of promises, for the lord to forgive all of your sins.

A future of promises, setting you free from your ugly confessions.

A future of callouses, pulling you down to destroy your grins.

A future of one last promise, the life you were promised with one big “will”, changing your future to save your unpaid bills, the bills you saved for all the promises that kept you going ill.

Today you’ll pay your biggest bill, the bill of remembering your biggest promise:

the promise of staying away from the one who made you stand still.

By listening to your depression, the one you drilled for tunnels and hills.

Killing your confusions, your stacked thrills.

Slowly killing gods' will.

A miserable life deserves one more chance to get a spin, a spin of luck followed by a stream of sins.

You will get one more chance to prove everything you have filled,

in all these promises, those you have kept safe and still.

It’s your seized future here,

the one you paid for “all the bills”.

A lesson for you to never forget your main purpose, of sharing love you earned from pushing away hate and guilt,

because a bill can never be compared with love.

Only love will always rise above, forgiving all of your sins:

Your seized future...
